George Askew is Senior Analyst and Managing Director in the Equity
Research Department of Stifel Nicolaus, and the senior member of the
firm's Shanghai, China office. Mr. Askew is directly responsible for
research coverage of Internet companies in China as well as a select
universe of subscription-based Internet companies in the United
States. In addition, Mr. Askew helps coordinate research activities in
China for other senior analysts at the firm.

Mr. Askew joined the Stifel Nicolaus Research Team in connection with Stifel's acquisition of Legg Mason's Capital Markets Group in December of 2005. Mr. Askew joined Legg Mason in 2000. He was a portfolio manager at Garrett Nagle & Co. in Boston, and spent six years as a portfolio manager and senior research analyst at Phoenix Investment Partners in Hartford,
Connecticut. Before joining Phoenix, Mr. Askew worked at Merrill Lynch
& Co. as an associate in the firm's Los Angeles investment banking
office, and served as an analyst in the firm's mergers and acquisitions group in New York City.

Mr. Askew has a B.S. in finance from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. from the Anderson School at the University of California, Los Angeles.
