Senior Vice President, Co-Head Direct Infrastructure,Voya Investment Management
Tom Emmons is a senior vice president, co-head direct infrastructure at Voya Investment Management, focusing on renewable energy infrastructure debt investments. Prior to joining the firm, Tom was a partner at Pegasus Capital Advisors where he focused on debt investments in renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure. Previously, he served as managing director and head of project finance, Americas, at Rabobank, focusing exclusively in renewable energy finance. Prior to that, he was at Citibank in New York and Hong Kong in energy finance, at Bankers Trust in energy merchant banking, at Banque Paribas covering Latin America energy and mining, at CSFB in project finance syndications, and at HSH Nordbank in energy finance. Tom has served on the boards of SkyPower Corporation, SunEdison, LLC, and Solar Energy Industries Association. He is on the Leadership Council of the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies. He holds a BA from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School
