 Tom Gallagher has been ranked in the Institutional Investor’s Washington research category for each of the past 12 years, and was ranked #1 in 3 of the last 4 years. Prior to joining ISI in 1999, Tom spent 13 years at Lehman Brothers and 8 years in the federal government. Tom is a regular panelist on “Louis Rukeyser’s Wall Street.” He serves on the Community First Bankshares Board of Directors, the University Of South Dakota Foundation Board Of Trustees, and the Editorial Advisory Board of Mental Floss magazine. Tom earned a BS in Economics and Political Science from the University of South Dakota (1976) and a Masters of Public Policy from the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University (1978). He is a CFA charterholder .
